Collection: Against noise

Turn down the volume in your bedroom. Here are all our earplugs for sleeping: the street, the upstairs neighbour or a snorer fade into the background, and sleep gets its place back.

Which earplugs for sleeping?

So you don't have to hunt for them in the morning, the magnetic cord keeps them together. And to block out light too, our kits pair earplugs with a 3D sleep mask.

How to fit a foam earplug

With clean hands, roll the earplug between your fingers to make it thinner. Gently pull the top of your ear back, insert the earplug, then hold it for a few seconds while it expands. A well-fitted earplug barely sticks out.

Frequently asked questions

Can you sleep with earplugs every night?

Yes, if you keep them clean and replace foam earplugs as soon as they are flattened or dirty. If you feel pain or discomfort in your ear, ask a doctor.

Foam or silicone: which is best for sleeping?

Foam blocks sound well and you soon forget it's there. Silicone can be washed and kept for a long time. Our guide Earplugs for sleeping: which ones to choose? compares both in detail.

Will I still hear my alarm?

Earplugs reduce noise, they don't remove it. Most people still hear a loud enough alarm. Give it a try on the first night.

Earplugs for sleeping through the noise

The street, the upstairs neighbour, the person snoring next to you: you don't always get to choose the noise in your bedroom. But you can turn it down.

Le Silence are soft silicone earplugs designed for the night. They barely stick out of the ear: you can sleep on your side without feeling them against the pillow. They come with four tip sizes, from XS to L, so you can find the one that stays in without squeezing, and with a storage case.

They are reusable earplugs. Wash them with lukewarm water and mild soap and let them air-dry before putting them away.

Let's be clear about what they do: earplugs reduce noise, they don't remove it. You'll hear the street less, but keep an alarm you're sure to hear. Our guides, further down, explain how to choose earplugs for sleeping and how to fit them properly.
