• Tracked shipping in France and in the European countries we deliver to: €4.90.
• Free shipping on orders from €59.
• Our products ship from warehouses in the European Union.
• You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves.
• An order with several items may arrive in several parcels.

Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. That is your right of withdrawal.

• Write to us from the Contact page with your order number.
• We'll tell you how to send the item back.
• We refund you within 14 days of your request, once the product is back or you have proof that you sent it.
