Where do your products ship from?

From warehouses in the European Union: Germany, Poland or France. It usually takes 3 to 10 days.

How much does shipping cost?

€4.90. It is free from €59, in France and in the European countries we deliver to.

Can my order arrive in several parcels?

Yes. Each parcel has its own tracking number, sent by email as soon as it ships.

How do I choose a pyjama size?

Each product page lists the available sizes. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one: pyjamas are worn loose.

Does a blackout curtain make the room completely dark?

It stops most of the light. A little daylight can get through at the edges. A blind or a blackout film, fitted without drilling, completes the window.

Are your products medical devices?

No. They are comfort items for the bedroom. If you have been sleeping badly for a long time, talk to your doctor.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 14 days after delivery. See the Shipping and returns page.
